At The Holi Trinity, I guide you back to your body through holistic wellness practices, nutrition, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed somatic healing so that you can feel safe, nourished, and whole again. This is root-cause, soul-deep healing for the woman who's ready to reclaim her health, her power, and her peace.

My Healing Journey
My healing journey began when I was just 15 years old, after surviving a life-changing aortic aneurysm. That experience shifted everything for me, opening my eyes to the limits of conventional medicine and drawing me toward more natural, intuitive ways of supporting my health. I became a personal trainer and eventually studied holistic nutrition—searching for strength, balance, and a way to feel whole again.
Years later, a second aneurysm led to emergency surgery where I lost my spleen and part of my liver. This trauma resulted in chronic fatigue, intense pain, and a growing sense of disconnection from my body. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and faced struggles with depression—layers of exhaustion and emotions that no protocol could effectively address. After two back-to-back pregnancies, I hit a wall—physically, emotionally, and hormonally.
That’s when I realized that true healing wasn’t about doing more; it was about slowing down. It wasn’t more information I needed, but rather regulation, safety, and nervous system support. I discovered that mindfulness practices were essential for gently returning to myself.
While nutrition and movement had been powerful tools on my path to holistic wellness, they weren’t the whole story. My journey toward true healing began when I stopped pushing through the pain and started listening to my body. I learned to work with my body—not against it.
Through The Holi Trinity, I now support women who feel depleted, stuck, or unseen—offering a root-cause approach that blends holistic nutrition, somatic healing, and emotional support. Because healing isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about softening into who you already are—and remembering how to feel at home in your own body.

A root-cause approach uncovers the deeper physiological, emotional, and energetic imbalances behind symptoms, facilitating true healing. By utilizing functional nutrition, mindfulness practices, and somatic practices, balance is gently restored across the body, mind, and spirit, promoting holistic wellness and allowing for lasting health and recovery from trauma.
